My name is Margot and I am a Master student in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at UGent. There, I learn more about motivation, people management, leadership styles, coaching, well-being at work,... I am very enthusiastic to be part of the BLASE team, because it gives me the opportunity to apply various HR topics into practice. The combination of experience and fun is very valuable for me. Furthermore, I like to do extracurricular activities abroad (for example EF in New York and Erasmus exchange at University of Helsinki).
