Matthias Van Ongevalle - President

I’m Matthias, Business Economics student here at KU Leuven. Back in the day as a 17yo I put myself in a suit & asked my Mum to drop me off at MBA fairs in Brussels. Fast-forward a couple of years, and many webinars and fairs, I got a message from BLASEBoard asking to “have a chat”. A 20 minute call ended up becoming a 4-hour debate on everything and nothing, and became the basis of a whole lot of new friendships. Besides BLASE I spend my time doing ModelUNs, ModelWTOs taking international, cross-university courses and being co-owner of Loconsilio, a company focussing on original networking & entertainment for companies both national and international. In short, anything cross-cultural I can find. Further-more I also have ‘super98’ instead of blood; train languages, sailing, driving, flying, horse riding, martial arts and frantically running away (you never know you might be recruited as a secret agent).
