Are you a people person with a passion for building a strong, connected community? As the Community & HR Manager, you are the heartbeat of the organization. You will be responsible for both our external recruitment presence and the internal well-being of the team, ensuring that every member feels supported and engaged throughout the year.
In this role, you bridge the gap between initial student outreach and long-term team cohesion. You will manage the entire student lifecycle within BLASE, from organizing promotion booths and registration forms to planning internal teambuildings and managing essential student data.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment & Outreach: organizing and managing promotional booths and Aula presentations to attract new talent.
- Designing, creating, and delivering the monthly BLASE newsletter to keep the community engaged
- Planning and executing internal teambuilding events to foster a strong and cohesive board.
- Managing and keeping track of all student data within the organization together with the IT & Analytics Manager.
- Creating and maintaining the necessary registration forms for recruitment and events
- Taking on a dedicated HR role, serving as a confidential point of contact for team members and managing internal dynamics.

- You enjoy taking on a supportive role, acting as the primary contact for internal team dynamics and conflict resolution.
