If you are a student:

Which information do we need?

If you apply for a BLASE activity and you fill in the online form, the information we require is your name, your CV and your e-mail address.

Who has access to this information?

This information will only be viewed by the BLASE board and with your consent, sent forward to our partners.

Why do we need this information?

We need the information to conduct a fair selection process. It allows us to decide who is part of the upcoming activity and who is not.

For how long do we keep this information?

This is up to you! If you don’t want to be a part of the community, your information will be deleted after a year.

 

If you are part of an organization (business school or company):

The information that is shared between BLASE and the other party will be in the contract that is established between the two parties. The information will be kept until the end of the contract.

Both parties will only use all information of each other for the purposes for which it is intended in the contract. The information will be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
