As the main point of contact for BLASE's partners, you act as the bridge between the student organization and the corporate world. You are responsible for securing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and developing a strategic vision for professional collaborations.

As a lead within this department, you manage a team of four members, ensuring task delegation and a clear overview of all ongoing projects. Your goal is to integrate partners into BLASE events and provide professional development opportunities for our members.

You are responsible for everything behind the scenes, from scouting the best venues in Leuven to managing site logistics and financial oversight, ensuring that every BLASE event runs flawlessly from start to finish.

In this role, you bridge the gap between initial student outreach and long-term team cohesion. You will manage the entire student lifecycle within BLASE, from organizing promotion booths and registration forms to planning internal teambuildings and managing essential student data.

As the IT & Analytics Manager, you form the digital backbone of BLASE. You oversee and optimize our technological infrastructure—including the website, Microsoft 365 environment, and our Odoo ERP system, while serving as a central support hub for the entire board.

In this role, you bridge the gap between technology and strategy by managing student data to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with all departments to ensure their digital operations run smoothly and train fellow board members to use our tools effectively.

Are you sharp with numbers and detail-oriented when it comes to contracts? As the Finance & Legal Manager, you are the guardian of BLASE’s financial health and formal agreements. You ensure that our ambitions are backed by sound financial planning and that our professional partnerships are legally secured.

In this role, you manage the organization’s cash flow, draft essential legal documents, and provide the analytical insights needed to make big decisions. You will work at the core of the board, collaborating closely with Corporate Relations to ensure every partnership is processed correctly and every euro is accounted for.
