As the IT & Analytics Manager, you form the digital backbone of the organization. You oversee and optimize the technological infrastructure, including the BLASE website, the Microsoft 365 environment, and the Odoo ERP system. Acting as a central support hub, you train fellow board members to use these digital tools effectively and serve as the primary point of contact for any IT-related questions.
Additionally, you are responsible for the analytics side: collecting, managing, and visually presenting student data to provide actionable insights. In this role, you collaborate closely with all BLASE departments to ensure their technological operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
- Website management: keep the website up-to-date, add new events, and manage overall content.
- ERP system maintenance & training: maintain the Odoo ERP system and train other board members on using it for invoicing, website management, email marketing, and corporate relations.
- Microsoft 365 administration: manage the Microsoft 365 package and configure organizational settings.
- IT Support: serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related questions and troubleshooting within the board.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with all BLASE departments, acting as an internal support function.
