Do you have a passion for storytelling and brand building? Are you excited about the idea of joining the Marketing department at BLASE? As a Marketing lead, you will be the creative voice of our organization, responsible for developing and executing our overall communication strategy.

In this role, you will manage our social media platforms, design engaging visual content, and ensure a consistent BLASE brand identity across all channels. You will work at the heart of the organization, collaborating closely with every department to promote their initiatives and maximize our reach.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and communication strategy of BLASE. 
  • Create and design visual content for social media and promotional materials. 
  • Manage BLASE’s social media platforms and ensure consistent, engaging communication. 
  • Maintain and strengthen a consistent BLASE brand identity across all communication channels. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively promote their events and initiatives. 
  • Plan and coordinate the marketing calendar to support events, initiatives, and recruitment periods. 
  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance to continuously improve communication and reach.

Extra information 

  • Preparation during the summer is helpful to define the marketing approach, create Canva templates, and plan the first communication for the academic year. 

  • Basic familiarity with Canva is helpful for designing posts and promotional materials, but these skills can also easily be learned throughout the year. 

  • The role involves close collaboration with all departments, as marketing supports the visibility and promotion of most BLASE initiatives.
