As the backbone of operations, the Vice-President is responsible for internal agility, strategic execution, and supporting the team’s professional growth.

Before the academic year starts, you work together with the President to set clear goals and priorities, making sure you are well aligned as a leadership team. After the board has been recruited and formed, you focus on keeping an overview of the different departments and supporting them where needed so everything runs smoothly. As Vice-President, you also play an important part in maintaining strong internal communication and supporting in sustaining active relationships with the alumni network.

  • Safeguard the long-term direction and overall coherence of BLASE. 
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the alumni network. 
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between all departments.
  • Foster clear and effective internal communication throughout the organization.
